We normally have lumber to place under wheels where required, but if the weight is a concern we recommended placing sturdy material such as plywood on the surface.
Plan ahead before delivery to maximize the space and time. Tip, disassembled furniture takes up less space.

If there is concern about surface damage then plywood, carpet or a suitable material should be placed out where the dumpster is to be placed. A-Ton Hauling & Roll Off Service is not responsible for any damages to the surface of the dumpster location, but we strive to provide the best service and accommodate the situation.
Having someone present to receive a delivery is recommended and preferred because it allows the driver and customer to communicate the proffered placement of equipment. If no one is present the equipment will be placed in the most accessible location on the property.
The easiest way to schedule and pay is from the website appointment with a credit or debit card on an emailed invoice.
Cash, Business Check, and Card payment can also be made upon receiving delivery or at time of pickup.
The equipment will be scheduled for pickup at the end of the scheduled day or if the dumpster is ready you can give us a call to let us know its ready. Dumpster pickup can be extended for a daily fee.
